Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Times
  • Orders are processed within (3) business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after [time, e.g., 2 PM local time] are processed the next business day.
  • Preorders/backorders will ship by the estimated date shown at checkout; we’ll email updates if that changes.
  1. Shipping Options and Rates
  • We ship from California, United States.
  • Shipping methods: We offer shipping methods based on weight and price. Typically, we'll offer shipping methods such as Ground and Express.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.
  • Free shipping on orders over $65, before taxes and discounts, to continental U.S. only.
  1. Estimated Delivery Times
  • Standard: 1-9 business days
  • Expedited: 1-4 business days
  • Express: 1-3 business days
    Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or peak seasons.
  1. Order Tracking
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  1. Shipping Addresses
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO
  1. International Shipping
  • At this time, we are not shipping internationally. If you are a distributor, please email us.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for international orders due to customs processing.
  1. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If unresolved, email us.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
  1. Changes and Cancellations
  • Contact us as soon as possible for address changes or order cancellations. We can’t modify orders after they’ve shipped.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship hazardous or restricted items to locations where prohibited by law.
  • Some items may have carrier or regional restrictions.
  1. Holidays and Peak Periods
  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing and delivery may take longer. Thank you for your patience.

     11.  Free Shipping

  • When orders qualify for free shipping, we will use an economical shipping method that reliably will deliver your order. The method of delivery will be chosen by us, the Company.
